I have worked for the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and have diplomatic experience as a radio broadcaster. I have spent most of my career analyzing and managing Venezuela\\\’s relations with the countries of the Caribbean, and I have a deep knowledge of the region and its political dynamics, from political analyses and the preparation of reports to representing the authorities at international events and treaty negotiations. I am open to teaching or other type of jobs in China.
